The horror Bandwagon all started when

two people went on their first date…

One named “Cody” and the other “sergio”

They bonded over True crime ( jEFFREY

DAHMER IN PARTICULAR…)

After a few months, something unexpected happened! Cody reveals that he DOES NOT like horror movies because he was too easily scared. I know right? This is a complete and utter tragedy sis! Well do not fret because sergio did not just give up right then and there. As their feelings grew stronger for each other they decided to sit down and watch horror movies. Cody could not promise whether he could commit to watching them. Sergio introduced him to scream and they loved it. Cody especially loved breaking down the logic of all the characters and loved the meta of it all. Menawhile, Sergio Brain was bubbling with ideas. The couple then continued to watch horror movies together as they dissected every inch of the movies on their couch. While cody questioned every single decision made by the film, sergio would do his very best to defend it yet Cody remained Skeptical. While Cody still covered his eyes while watching (e.g: Watching “Unfriended” and cody demanding to stop watching cause it was too scary) he still watched because he loved his boyfriend.

Enter the year 2020, Sergio and Cody have quarantined together watching endless amounts of films - Well this is the perfect time to start a podcast (I know them and everyone else in the world) An idea of having Sergio make Cody watch a scary movie weekly in hopes that he will end up loving the horror genre! Cody was reluctanct at first as he doesnt want to be scared weekly but knew that this would be a fun journey to embark on together.

NOW, WHY THE NAME?

Well trust us, they tried to come up with a gay horror movie pun name but nothing was coming to them. Sergio is personally a fan of self depricating humor and felt that it would be funny to poke fun at themselves jumping on the bandwagon of podcasts let alone horror movies (with the plethora of podcasts out there) but also explaining that their goal is to get as non horror lover to hop on the Bandwagon…the horror bandwagon.

So, they bought their equipment, they grabbed their drinks and premiered it in October!
